Recent figures show UK women still earn approximately 80% less than men. Female graduates entering the workforce with similar qualifications to men are frequently working in lower skilled occupations.
But the inequality gap is closing. As it does everyone can feel increased competition in the workplace. Matt Nicholls of UKCP spoke to psychotherapist Lou Lebentz to find out how and why we should allow ourselves shine at work.
