How are you?
Resist the urge to say: 'I'm fine'

A study has found that, on average, we say ‘I’m fine’ 14 times a week, but only 19 per cent of us mean it. Those polled said they were more likely to share how they feel with a stranger than colleagues, and 22 per cent of men say they always lie about how they are, compared to 10 per cent of women.
The Mental Health Foundation’s ‘I’m Fine’ campaign, aims to encourage openness about mental health, and help us switch off our default ‘I’m fine’ mode.
Think about how often you say those words and how you actually feel.
