Discover Walking Coaching – Its for those ready to think differently and live differently

What if the clarity you’re searching for doesn’t come from thinking harder - but from moving differently? Discover Walking Coaching, a brave and embodied approach for those ready to step out of the noise and into a more honest way of living and leading.

There’s a quiet truth I’ve come to trust in my work as a coach:
real transformation rarely happens at speed.
It happens in motion… and in presence.
And not everyone is ready for that.

This is coaching for the brave – for those navigating change, transition, or a sense that life no longer fits as it once did.
For those willing to step out of certainty and into something more honest, more embodied, more real.

A different kind of coaching
My signature Coach Your Wild approach is walking coaching.
We don’t sit across from each other in a room.
We walk – side by side – through open space.
And something shifts.

The conversation breathes.
Silence becomes part of the process, not something to fill.
Thinking softens, and awareness begins to emerge.
You’re not “on the spot.”
You’re on a path.
And often, what felt stuck begins to move.

Like a walking safari
I often think of this work like a walking safari. I vividly remember my first walking safari I did in Zambia in my 20s. It was wild!

Walking on foot in the wilderness, there is no barrier.
No distance between you and what’s real.
Only presence and relationship.

Nothing is rushed.
Nothing is forced.

You learn to notice:

what’s changing
what’s still
what’s asking for attention
And in that noticing, something shifts.

Not because you’re trying harder –
but because you’re finally seeing clearly.

Slowing down to see
In a world that rewards speed and certainty,
this is a different kind of space.
We slow down.
Not to do less –
but to see more.

You may begin to notice:
where you hesitate
what you’re avoiding
what matters more than you’ve allowed yourself to admit
what feels quietly true.

And from that awareness, new choices become available.

How it works: 3 steps into a different way of thinking

1. Step outside your usual environment
Whether we are together in person or working remotely, the invitation is the same: step out of your usual setting and into movement. This might be a lakeside path, a forest trail, or simply a quiet street near your home.

2. Walk and reflect in real time
We connect live (usually via phone/audio), and you walk as we coach. The rhythm of your body supports the rhythm of your thinking. You’re not performing—you’re exploring.

3. Let clarity emerge, not be forced
Instead of rushing to solutions, we allow insight to surface. What becomes clear is grounded in your experience – making it far more sustainable.

For those living in another country
Walking coaching travels.
You don’t need to be in the same place as me.

In fact, this approach works powerfully for those living in other countries —
navigating new cultures, identities, and ways of being.
We can meet wherever you are in the world.

You walk in your environment.
I walk in mine.
We connect through voice.

And something remarkable happens:
your surroundings become part of the coaching.
The unfamiliar street.
The mountain view.
The park you’re still learning to call “yours.”

All of it becomes material for reflection.

This is especially meaningful if you are:
• adjusting to life in a new country
• redefining who you are in a different context
• feeling between worlds – no longer who you were, not yet who you’re becoming.

Walking coaching meets you in that in-between space.

What you leave with

Not a checklist.
Not a prescribed plan.
But something more sustainable.

• Clarity that feels like your own.
• Decisions that are grounded, not rushed.
• A deeper trust in how you navigate your life.

And perhaps most importantly—

• the experience of moving forward
• with awareness,
• with choice,
• and with a pace that is truly yours.

Only for the brave

Walking coaching isn’t for everyone.

It asks something of you.

• To slow down when everything around you says speed up.
• To listen more deeply when it would be easier to act.
• To be honest when it would be more comfortable to stay the same.

But if you want to really live differently—
not just think about change, but experience it—
consider walking coaching.

A whole-body way of thinking differently.
A space where insight doesn’t get pushed… it emerges.

If you’re curious

If you’re ready for coaching that meets you in motion—
where presence leads and clarity follows—

I’d be glad to walk alongside you.

I’m Sarah Cretegny, a Transformational Transitions Coach.

I create brave, thoughtful spaces where individuals, leaders, and teams reconnect with who they truly are – so they can lead with clarity, courage, and a deeper sense of direction, even in the midst of change.

I work particularly well with quieter people and thoughtful leaders – those who don’t need more noise, but better space to think. I’m especially effective when time is limited and the stakes are high, helping you access clear, grounded decisions without added pressure. My work draws on evidence-based coaching, strengths expertise, and my lived experience of balancing leadership, family life, and international living – bringing both depth and real-world perspective to every conversation.

I’m passionate about partnering with people to coach their wild – because the world doesn’t need more polished leaders, it needs more radically authentic ones.
Based in Lausanne, Switzerland, I coach globally.
