When's a good time to quit?

From sugar to smoking, researchers in Canada have found if you are trying to break an addiction, timing it around your period could help.

In the study published in Psychiatry Journal last year, they explain that in the beginning of your cycle, low levels of oestrogen and progesterone can increase your appetite for the habit you are trying to kick, whereas if you wait until mid-cycle, when these hormones have increased, cracking those cravings will be easier.
