We live in highly uncertain times. Many of us are feeling scared and anxious about the future. And most of our communication is virtual - no chance to give hugs, feel the temperature of the room you're in. So how do we communicate calm and a sense of safety down the pixels? How can we make others feel better when we speak? Caroline will share tools to help you show up with vocal calm and ease, and to make your Zoom calls positive experiences.

Thursday June 18th

1pm: James Wilson aka The Sleep Geek will be talking to our Editor, Suzy Walker about why sleep is so important for our health and wellbeing.
