Makes 180ml (6floz)
90ml (3 floz) extra-virgin olive oil
60ml (2 floz/ ¼ cup) lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
2⁄3 tablespoon seeded mustard
Combine all of the ingredients in a lidded jar and shake well.
