"She remembered who she was, and the game changed." This is the essence of my work. After two decades in leadership positions across corporate, private, and public sectors, I stepped away to work for myself—and recently relaunched my business as The Portal of She Consulting. At its core, this is a space devoted to supporting, empowering, and guiding feminine talent within organisations through leadership & Exec coaching (with a focus on women navigating the transition of perimenopause), corporate training, and empowerment circles I am also a mystic. My path with sacred plant medicine has deepened my connection to myself, to the feminine, and to the great mystery of life. I am currently moving through the wild and wise portal of perimenopause—a path that continues to refine me. As an author, I’m honoured to contribute to the upcoming book Menopause: Wise Women Don’t Whisper, where 50 of us share the hard-won wisdom of this rite of passage. Beyond my work, my heart is nourished by nature, reading, long walks, herbalism, shamanism, poetry, roses, belly dancing, that internal hug you receive when sipping a cup of cacao, Mother Mary, and the love of my fury family.
