Sleep - what's the happy medium?

If you worry about getting enough sleep, you might be interested to know that, in middle age at least, getting too much can lead to the same health issues as getting too little (including a greater risk of coronary heart disease and stroke).

A new study has found that sleeping for longer than 10 hours can be as bad for our health as getting less than six hours per night, with seven to nine hours being optimal.
