Jo Smith

Hi! I’m Jo Smith and I’m an Executive Coach, Coach supervisor, trainer and all round people developer. I've got a global HR background and have spent the last 30 years in the learning and development space, helping people to grow and achieve their goals. I'm a generalist: I've got 3 degrees (and my husband says: no common sense!) in: Business, Education and Psychology. And I'm passionate about helping people put the systems and processes and inspiration around them to be at their best. Since I set up on my own over 20 years ago I've done pretty much everything from working with a bunch of engineers who were being made redundant to multiple Olympic and Paralympic medallists. I do my best work with people who know that things can always be better. No high performance athlete ever saw a coach as a remedial action. I work with clients to suss out their immediate challenges and capacities as well as their long term dreams and aspirations so that we can put in place the day to day actions to make these things happen…..and have fun at the same time!
