Jane Fordham

I am a coach, leadership consultant and trainer and keynote speakers. I support organisations in industries from communications to pharmaceuticals, drawing on more than 25 years’ of lived experience. I've worked with brands including Centrica, Warner Bros, Scottish Gas Networks, The Ministry of Justice and The Civil Aviation Authority. I've been a PRCA (Public Relations and Communications Association) coach and trainer since 2018, upskilling tens of creative agencies and organisations such as the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and The Met Police. Proud to have been made a PRCA Fellow in 2020 for campaigning work on issues such as inclusion and mental health acroses the communications industry. Other roles include board member and Head of People & Culture for fast-growth corporate communications and public affairs agency Hanbury Strategy growing headcount fivefold and launching in Brussels, Washington and Sydney. I've also held committee positions for organisations like Women In PR UK where I was one of the team overseeing the flagship mentoring programme. With a proven passion for inclusion, wellbeing and unlocking people's potential, I also spent 15 years at trailblazing creative agency Golin, helping to grow the London team from 35 to 150. In 2023 I was honoured to be awarded the ‘Distinguished Alumni Award’ from Loughborough University’s Business School for work driving positive change in the communications industry.
