We’re guessing you are probably as bored as we are with each proclamation of the newest faddy ‘superfoods’; once blueberries, currently kale – by now we know; they’re good for us. We get it!

But what we didn’t know was all superfoods have something in common – they all have copious amounts of magnesium, which is vital for a healthy heart, muscles, blood pressure and sugar.

Without it our body can’t function properly, causing migraines, anxiety, fatigue, insomnia and lack of concentration.

Quick, pass the greens!
