It can be difficult to avoid temptation, especially when faced with sugary snacks, but for those of us who try to eat healthy, clean and nourishing foods, this one simple trick might just keep us on track with our health goals.

It seems healthy eating starts at home. New research* found that people who cook at home six or seven nights a week not only eat more healthily than those who don’t cook for themselves as often, but also eat healthier meals on the occasions when they do eat out.
