“Always think about your food choices before eating. The meals and snacks you consume can actually change the chemical composition of your brain which influences alertness, clarity and the way you are feeling. Its effects can be negative and positive, for example, sugar triggers a mood rollercoaster of an initial high followed by a crash, whereas regular portions of vegetables, fruit, nuts and seeds can boost your immune system – they’re called superfoods for a reason!”
