🥾 The Trail Markers of Life – The Wild Way

🥾 Are You on the Right Path? Sometimes life offers bold signs. More often, the guidance is subtle — a breath, a feeling, a quiet nudge to keep going. This article is an invitation to trust the in-between, to notice the markers, and to honour your own pace. You may not see the whole map — but you’re not lost. You’re on the path.

On a recent mountain hike, I kept noticing trail markers — those small painted dashes on rocks and trees. Sometimes they were bold and obvious. Other times, faded and hard to see. But they were always there if we look for them.

The quiet reminders, whispering – “you’re still on the path!”.

In life we sometimes need a sign we are still on the path, dont we?

We long for clear signs, bold confirmation. But more often, the guidance comes softly — a deep breath, a moment of clarity, a conversation that stays with you. A subtle nudge that says: “keep going.”

🌬 Staying With the In-Between

In coaching — and in life — we practice staying with the not-knowing.

Lately, I’ve been sitting right there. Not rushing to fix, or flee, or force the next answer. Just allowing space. Trusting that something will shift.

Because we know that transformation doesn’t happen at the finish line.
It happens here — in the in-between. In the pause. In the presence.

So if you’re wondering whether you’re on your right path…
Maybe you are.
Maybe this is part of it.
Look for the markers. Trust your pace. Take the next best step.

🌀 Reflection Time: Trusting You’re On the Path

When life feels uncertain, we often doubt ourselves. But often, it’s only in hindsight that we see:
That moment of doubt? It was part of the way forward.

Take a moment to reflect — without needing to rush the answer.

  1. Recall a time when you felt unsure of your path.
What came up for you emotionally? How did you keep moving?
  2. What helped you trust, even in small ways?
Were there signs or people that helped you feel guided?
  3. What does that experience teach you about this moment?
What if you’re not lost — but right where you’re meant to be?

Set this intention:
I don’t need to see the whole map to take the next step.
I trust I’m on the path — even now.

Thank you for walking with me in this moment. If this resonated, feel free to share it with someone navigating their own unknowns right now.

Until next time, know I`m with you, on the path
