About Catherine Baudino
Dr Catherine Coaching is headed up by me, the Founder and Principal – Catherine Baudino. I have broad international expertise, in various industries and in many languages.
I started off in Academia (Comparative Literature). Then I moved on to the Commercial and Corporate world where I broke the glass ceiling in 1987 (at a salary of £75,000 a year – the equivalent of £220,000 today). From there, I combined my academic and corporate experience as a coach and mentor.
With Dr Catherine Coaching, you get the best of three areas thanks to my unique experience and history. From the corporate world to the academic to softer coaching and mentoring, I create a bespoke programme for each of my clients to maximise their potential. I am also the author of a published book STEPPING INTO MY SHOES
