Hello. My name is Alison, I am accredited to coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at a Professional level (PCC). I specialise in supporting people through difficult times at work. Whatever they are.
“The tough stuff” at work comes in many different shapes and sizes. Sometimes we are the ones making tough decisions. Sometimes we can see tough times heading in our direction. And sometimes it completely blindsides us, and we are knocked for six.
