Flourless chocolate cake

You will need:

Eight inch spring form cake tin

140g 70-80% chocolate

Three eggs

120ml of This Is Good Macadamia Nut Oil

180ml honey

60g organic raw cacao


1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

2. Grease tin with This Is Good Macadamia Nut Oil

3. Melt the chocolate and oil over a pan of simmering water

4. When melted remove

5. Add cacao, honey and eggs and whisk until smooth

6. Bake for 20-25 minutes

7. Allow to cool before serving. If there is any left, cut this into squares and freeze. Defrost as desired for a tasty snack
