How can I move on from grief? Podcast with UKCP

According to Child Bereavement UK in 2016 10,061 babies, children and young people under 25 passed away in the UK and a parent of a child under 18 dies every 22 minutes. A YouGov survey in 2016 found that 22% of adults in Britain who were bereaved by a close family member whilst employed said they did not feel supported by their employer.

In this podcast, UKCP psychotherapist and grief expert Julia Samuel speaks to Sarah Niblock, the CEO of the UKCP, to uncover how we can recognise grief and move on from it.
