It’s kind of right in that I brood over regrets, but it’s not just that I’m angry at everyone/thing else, I’m angriest at myself for failing, because it ultimately is *my fault* that I made it fail – external factors contribute, but it’s my responsibility, and I can’t get over that.

Hmm… this isn’t as accurate. I do regret, but then I let it pass, what is done is done. And I don’t have an ounce of pessimism in me!
