Our first event of the year is devoted – like the Dossier in this month’s issue – to helping you turn your dreams and aspirations into concrete reality. It is more than just a talk: the speakers will also lead workshops and one-to-ones so you really have the chance to make this your best year ever.
The speakers
• Lucy Beresford, Psychologies advice columnist and psychotherapist
• Susie Greaves, life coach and author of Making The Big Leap – one of the top 10 life-changing books, according to The Independent on Sunday
• Jules Evans. philosopher and author of Philosophy for Life and Other Dangerous Situations (to be published in May)
• Jane de Teliga, a fashion journalist, stylist and lecturer who, in her 50s, left Australia and her adult children to make a new life in London. She is now writing a book about her life-changing experience

7.00pm: The talk. Psychologies editor Louise Chunn, along with our four excellent speakers, will discuss the best ways to achieve your goals, no matter how big or small. Learn how to master motivation and beat procrastination, and tackle any other hurdle you might face on your journey.
7.45pm: The workshops. Book into group sessions with life coach Suzy Greaves and psychotherapist Lucy Beresford, and enjoy one-to-ones with editor Louise Chunn, philosopher Jules Evans and Jane de Teliga to discover how they make it happen.
