Happiness can not be permanent and sustainable.That is the delusion most people are after.Being content is more important and meaningful than happiness.Happiness can be part of being content.There are ups and downs in life and we should know how to deal with them.
Re. q.11 – what if your fist sexual experience was awful i.e. coerced? and q.12 – what if giving into pleasure more often would make you happier? These last 2 questions had too limited a range of responses from which to select
